1. The Quick Entry Screen

Did you know that there is a second quick entry screen? This screen has even more features than the original. You may already use the quick entry screen to add listings, view your calendar, search for an agent, and more. To access this secondary quick entry screen while in any of your apps, press the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen. The drop-down that appears contains several options, including "Quick Entry."

Once you are at the "Quick Entry" screen, you can enter all sorts of data without ever having to open a pre-existing listing or transaction. Even better, the AppFolio app automatically saves any data that you enter.

2. The "Notify Client" Button

The AppFolio app has many features that allow you to save valuable time. Did you know that under the RPR Detail screen, there is a "Notify Client" feature? After entering the names and contact information of all parties involved in a transaction, click on the button located under the transaction details. This will send an email the client, automatically attaching an RPR file to the email. The client will also receive a text message if that feature is enabled.
