Monica Lockhart
Founder
Monica Lockhart brings over 20 years of experience in Property Management, Development, and Real Estate Accounting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Management from Colorado Technical University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington.
Monica’s career includes her time with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she earned the Presidential Award for her exceptional performance as one of the company’s top Account Executives.
In 2019, she founded Quick Accounting Solution, specializing in AppFolio and Yardi systems. Since then, Monica has successfully managed the accounting for over 50,000 units, spanning Multi-Family, Single-Family, HOA, and more than 4 million square feet of commercial space.
Known for her commitment to quality service and long-term client relationships, Monica is passionate about helping real estate businesses build strong financial foundations that support sustainable growth. She looks forward to partnering with new clients to simplify accounting processes and drive strategic success.
