Monica Lockhart
Founder
Monica Lockhart brings over 20 years of experience in Property Management, Development, and Real Estate Accounting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Management from Colorado Technical University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington.
Monica’s career includes her time with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she earned the Presidential Award for her exceptional performance as one of the company’s top Account Executives.
In 2019, she founded Quick Accounting Solution, specializing in AppFolio and Yardi systems. Since then, Monica has successfully managed the accounting for over 50,000 units, spanning Multi-Family, Single-Family, HOA, and more than 4 million square feet of commercial space.
Known for her commitment to quality service and long-term client relationships, Monica is passionate about helping real estate businesses build strong financial foundations that support sustainable growth. She looks forward to partnering with new clients to simplify accounting processes and drive strategic success.
Ricky Flandez
CFO
Ricky Flandez brings over 25 years of “hands on” experience in real estate finance, accounting, development, property management, facility management, construction management and project management. Prior to joining Quick Accounting Solution, he was the CFO at Breakdown Services Inc., Hollywood’s most trusted casting and network solution for Actors, Talent Reps and Casting Agencies.
Additionally, Mr. Flandez has also held various Controller and Financial Manager positions with companies, which includes Trammell Crow Company, Pacific Life Insurance Company and Winstar Properties Inc. Mr. Flandez received his BA degree from Concordia University Irvine and his MBA in Finance from Concordia University School of Business.
