Monica Lockhart - Founder
Monica Lockhart is the Founder and CEO of Quick Accounting Solution, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property management, real estate development, and real estate accounting.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Management and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington. Monica is also certified in Yardi, AppFolio, and QuickBooks Online, providing extensive expertise across the industry's leading accounting and property management platforms.
Prior to founding Quick Accounting Solution in 2019, Monica worked with Sotheby's International Realty, where she received the Presidential Award in recognition of her outstanding performance as one of the company's top Account Executives.
Since launching QAS, Monica has built a firm dedicated exclusively to the real estate industry. Under her leadership, the company has managed accounting for more than 50,000 units, including multifamily, single-family, HOA communities, and more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate.
Monica believes that exceptional accounting is built on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. Her goal is not simply to deliver accurate financial statements, but to become a trusted extension of each client's team—helping property management companies strengthen their financial operations, simplify complex accounting, and build a foundation for sustainable growth.

Accounting Manager
Bridgit Brannon- Accounting Manager
A key member for the QAS team, Bridgit brings more than 20 years of accounting experience specializing in real estate, property management, and REIT accounting. With a strong foundation in financial operations and property accounting, she is dedicated to delivering accurate financial reporting, improving accounting processes, and supporting clients with dependable financial management.
Throughout her career, Bridgit has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, investor distributions, legal entity administration, board reporting, and property and project accounting. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and reliable financial information.
As a leader within the QAS team, Bridgit works closely with both clients and staff to strengthen accounting operations, maintain the timely completion of bank reconciliations, and support critical financial reporting. Known for her collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills, she is passionate about helping property management companies build efficient accounting processes and achieve long-term financial success.

Operations Manager
Michael Bleier -Operations Manager
A key member of the QAS team, bringing more than 19 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with deep operational expertise, helps clients streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and maintain best practices across their portfolios.
A recognized Yardi expert, Michael previously worked directly for Yardi and has completed more than 350 Yardi University courses while earning eight Yardi certifications across Breeze, Breeze Premier, Voyager, and Elevate. His expertise spans property management operations, property accounting, leasing, financial workflows, system implementations, reporting, and Yardi software support.
Michael is committed to helping property management companies maximize operational efficiency, optimize accounting processes, and leverage technology to achieve greater accuracy, compliance, and long-term success.

Every staff accountant on our team either holds a formal degree in accounting or brings over 5 years of hands-on experience in the accounting field.
